Central location near shopping malls, access to IMBI monorail, well-stocked gym with new equipment

The cramped bathroom could benefit from a redesign and adequate tea/coffee supplies should be offered without lengthy waits!!!

Fisrt of all it's comfortable location: nearby metro, shops and restaurants. Then exellent breakfast(rich of fruits, baked goods, cheeses an so on). Also a lot of usable bathroom's stuff, namely: shampoo, lotion, tooth brush, toothpaste...

The location was good and perfect for walking around Low Yat Plaza. And the area was downtown, so close to all conveniences. We had the family room which was recently renovated. The buffet breakfast was splendid with a ' basic' spread of local.

The Hotel is too old- Definetly needs refurnishing .When we got to the hotel at 2 am the toilet and shower both were leaking, had to change the room , which was one good thing they did The smoke Smell in the corridors is not good. Also we had to buy an adapter from them , they do not have that in the rooms. That was a bit silly.

Exaggerated the amount of insurance is very luxurious accommodation in hotels did not take insurance, such as Hotel Melia. Accommodation at the hotel 4 nights the room was cleaned only once. Rinser does not have in the bathroom, something very essential. I would not stay at the hotel again

nothing. The hotel needed a makeover, the rooms and fittings looked well used needed a facelift.

we had a meal in the hotel the chicken wasn't cooked the first night and the fish wasnt cooked the 2nd night we had to send it back but it still wasn't right we didn't eat it. We were not charged for the meal as I refused to pay

Location

Room was starting to look shabby. Brekfast was poor some mornings the hot food was cold. Brekfasts not as good as other hotels we have stayed in KL.

Property was good value and reasonably priced, we liked this place.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 9 nights, even so everything was superb. The location was ideal and the private parking was on-site. Furthermore, the area was very nice.
